Intermittent posting of a blank shout along with the real one. #63

Issue is hard to replicate seems to only be affecting localhost so far. Must investigate further. Possibility of two requests being sent on submit instead of one.

Apparently if the submit is hit too fast it allows a second request to post shout slip through. Must block a second request somehow. Maybe setting a flag will do. Must fix this before other things such as infinite scroll #50
