Domoticz/DomoticzEx modules not found in interpreter #8

I don't know if this is an issue, but this error pops up by start or stopping the plugin

that is strange, it indicates it cannot find the python modules to interact with Domoticz. No clue what it is about. Haven't seen it before......

It appears now and then. Mostly with starting or stopping the plugin
