Have OpenEmu be able to save a saved state of DuckStation.

Should be implemented by 80449ce3f2f8d9b591ad403158c5532aa53f2109. Needs to be tested, though.

Implemented in 80449ce3f2f8d9b591ad403158c5532aa53f2109, fixed/working in 48a45307b7cd79333575476b1e04027281f210dc.
