Migration to Cocoalumberjack 2.0.0-rc #13

Migration to CocoaLumberjack 2.0.0-rc, including updates for rawloglevel to work.

Installation of CocoaLumberjack done via git read-tree for now. I had some earlier branches doing it all via cocoapods, but figured this was a safer first step.
