Added note that someone using the osx fork on this branch may also need to add the same definition of ns_designated_initializer in their own app if they're using xcode 5 (or the officially released 6.0.1 as personally experienced).

After seeing https://github.com/MaddTheSane/SVGKit/commit/701d4b517525618b2fdf4d5e6c50cfb0f406e464 this can probably just be rejected&closed for now.

Yeah. With those macros used, it was generating a lot of warnings that I wasn't exactly in the mood to fix.
