Integrate my artifact calculator into paimon.moe? #135

Hi

Made with Typescript, doesn't require backend. It's in React, but UI is very simple, main chunk of code is just calculations done in a Worker.

Would you be interested in adding this into paimon.moe? I could help but I have no idea how Svelte or Sapper works
