Character constellations don't synchronize

I don't know if this has been reported already, though I have searched open issues and didn't find anything.

With Google Drive sync enabled, the Characters tab doesn't seem to sync. After logging in to a different browser, I have to manually change the constellations count on every character. Though, wish history still counts toward characters and constellations on that page and get synchronized across devices.

I have also added my wish history manually, and then enabled Google Drive sync, but the Characters tab doesn't get updated :( Importing the data from Google Drive on another device syncs the Wish history, but not the Character constellations, etc.

I guess they mean that characters you got through wishing save, but those you added manually, namely:

• Traveler;
• Aloy;
• obtained from events;
• obtained from shop (those two monthly offers for 4* characters);
• obtained from more than half a year before starting to use Paimon.moe (wish history from that time was deleted by the first time it was synced with this site)

– don't synchronize, because they aren't stored anywhere.

I haven't encountered the issue they're speaking of as I use the site on my pc only, but that's what I understand from nikkehtine's and gerlindee's comments. Though if that's what they meant, it is worded quite strange, hence the problems with understanding.

If that's true, it may also be the reason behind how my Ningguang became C7 on site one time.

Then maybe I misunderstood them as well. Or maybe it's just some bug they're facing.

Just logged in to the website on a new browser. This time it didn't even pull data from wish history, all the characters are grayed out. Wish history and to-do list display with no problem.

Sorry, I should have also provided screenshots to make understanding the issue clearer. Similar to @nikkehtine, the Characters page shows C0 for the free characters, and nothing for any other character:

I have added my wish data manually, through the interface, and that data is visible in the Wish Counter page:

What I've noticed today is that the character data gets saved to Google Drive, but not pulled from it: I recently opened the website on my phone, opened the Characters tab, and of course everything was grayed out. Today I opened the website on my computer, got a notification that the Google Drive data is newer than local data, and chose the newer data from Drive. Surely enough, now the Characters tab on PC is empty as well, meaning I have to add them manually.

I can't really replicate this, tried it syncing over several devices and the constellations are identical, perhaps it just happens if using manual input?
