Character records from different servers (Asia and HKTWMO) are combined under the same account #4

I'm encountering an issue on the https://pom.moe/ website. It appears that when I have characters from different servers (Asia and HKTWMO) within the same game account, the website combines their records together.

Here are the details of my imports:

first import (Asia): image image

second import (TWHKMO): image image

As you can see from the screenshots, the website combines the characters' records from both servers, which makes it difficult to differentiate and manage them properly.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and find a way to separate the character records based on their respective servers.

As far as I know from other user instructions, any >1 servers will, not just TWHKMO/Asia
