Release 7 : Create the CORE environement (.au3 Source) #29

For this release we are going to work on a brand new source code, since Cores servers wont have the same attributes and purposes as Clients.

We will need to manage multiple RBDD connections, instead of just one, to make sure data get published. We'll also need to check if request are needed to be processed and if the Other member from the Core-Server Cluster is already working on it (We will probably use an eventlog or an hidden file that shows FTP Position).

Eventlogguer will be mostly contained within the name of the file.

.request files will be replaced by ".mc01.processing" ... (Check the .md).
