This Say: Emu thread didn't exit in time an error, Saying in Win32 exception 0xC0000005 occured in glN64

Hi, I need some more information, does this happen often? Do you know how to repeat the issue?

You can attach the crash.log file from mupen folder, it might give some more insight.

This error sometimes occurs when changing bettergln settings during emulation. Not a very high priority currently.
