I can't render your main document, i get this error:

WARNING (C:/PROGRA~1/Quarto/share/filters/main.lua:12147) Unable to resolve crossref @fig-schematic File ../assets/apa.csl not found in resource path

Please fix and make sure everything is reproducible. Let me know once done, then I'll take another look.

Hello Dr. Handel, It would be helpful if you could let me know if you were unable to render all of the files, including the ones containing the R codes, or if it is only the manuscript file. Thanks. Malika

I only tried the manuscript file and got stuck there, then didn't try further.

worked now. You can certainly use methods we won't cover in class, but i do want to see some of the topics we do/will discuss for fitting addressed. So make sure you have some of the material from modules 8-10 and 11+12 as part of your project. anything you want to do extra is fine.
