Test blocker.py and backup.py #27

Test whether backup.py works for both linux and windows (it will create a backup of /etc/hosts) https://github.com/MadhavBahlMD/Control-Yourself/blob/master/Python/backup.py

Important Notice

Make sure tohave a backup of your hosts file before testing the blocker.py and backup.py
