Make a "From URL" summarizer #2

Instead of providing text directly, add an option to just provide the URL from which the text has to be fetched and summarized.

I have added the code for this but still, I am not closing this issue, if someone else wants to contribute their code for the same, feel free to make a PR referencing this issue
