Add sentry.io integration #7

I'd like to have Sentry added to all the things. Should we use a self-hosted install rather than the SASS?

Using the SASS Sentry can be quite slow. I was experiencing up to 7 seconds of loading for Sentry SASS. I think self-hosted may be the way forward.
