2 years ago Decided to not do this, as it's a lot to consider (colors, nubs, text) for little gain. People who are interested in the flat look can download my resource pack instead: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/material-design-hud
Vanilla bossbars could look like OneBar. Not a big priority though, as bossbars are often used for other purposes instead.
