Is this still maintained? #39

Trying to use this package and getting this error:

USPS Webtools Error: This Software version is no longer supported.  You must go to the SA web site (www.uspswebtools.com/Shippingassistant) and download the latest version of the Shipping Assistant.

When I go to that URL, it never loads.

nvm.. my username was wrong. it's working now.
