I added it to StepMania 5 and enabled the theme when I saw everything was black! How do I fix/troubleshoot this?

Verify that you have extracted the theme in the correct way, in the path stepmania/themes you must have the folder ddrx and inside it the folders bganimation, fonts, languages, etc.
