Escape flags don't show for Striking Force Fleets #1

Using a Striking Force Fleet Command Center to Evac a ship doesn't give them the escaped tag over their health bar making it look like they are still active in the battle (same applies to main KCV viewer)

Due to how the feature works, fix was implemented into main KCV branch instead
