Setting to automatically stop Jupyter if no documents are opened #19

The user can tell the plugin to shutdown Jupyter if no .ipynb are opened anymore. This could improve user experience, but should be disabled by default, because it can be quite annoying to have to restart it each time if you forget about the behaviour.
