Submit my plugin for release as a Community Plugin

The goal here is of course to make my plugin available to others eventually. In order to do this I want them to be able to install the plugin from Obsidian directly, to keep it simple. I'll submit it and see if it meets criteria for releasing.

• [x] Read Developer policies and ensure my plugin respects the policies.
• [ ] Read Plugin guidelines and ensure mine meets all of them.
• [ ] Read Submission requirements for plugins and ensure mine meets all of them.
• [ ] Change the plugin's README for the Obsidian plugins directory. Also make it comply with the restricted use of the Obsidian name.
• [ ] Set an appropriate minAppVersion in the manifest.
• [ ] Remove fundingUrl from the manifest.
• [ ] Do some beta testing?
• [ ] Submit my plugin
• [ ] Setup releases with GitHub actions
