Homepage: Add date filters #80

So the metrics we have displayed are good, but there have been calls to be able to filter this data down by date range.

Since I have the ability to INNER JOIN on the alert resultset, I should be able to filter the metrics down by a date range.

Materialize has some nice functions for creating date pickers http://materializecss.com/forms.html
