Time Bracket Adjustments for weekends

Current settings are:

00:00 - 11:59 - Morning 12:00 - 16:59 - Afternoon 17:00 - 23:59 - Prime

Upon further observation, the prime time should be adjusted to 17:00 - 00:59, as many people stay up over midnight to continue on with the alerts.

Maybe a suggestion also would be to change it to the start of the alert rather than the end of it, as many people stay up in order to fight them.

E.g. It's quite likely that a player would stay up if an alert starts at 23:20 for example for 1 hour 30 mins. This is even more so on weekends.

The weekend primetime also needs adjusting. In my opinion:

Friday & Saturday:

00:00 - 11:59 - Morning 12:00 - 14:59 - Afternoon 15:00 - 00:59 - Prime

Sunday is as original settings, since it's a school night.

I would have to also create some kind of script to apply any changes I make. Since there's a huge amount of data PHP may not be able to handle 20000+ records in this fashion.
