Create wide bases for Cruller and Speck #833

in #821 @master-lincoln added bigger player baseses, but graphics were not provided for Cruller/Speck. Can someone make bigger base graphics for them?

In the mean time, I merged #832 to ensure the game does not crash when loading the graphics that are not wide.

Poor countess doesn't even have her own small starting base...
