if using OpenAL, sounds be lower Java Sound

I actually don't quite understand the problem. The sound volume is lower with OpenAL than with Java Sound?

You already said that, but I still don't understand it. Maybe I just don't understand it, as English is not my native language. Could you please explain it in other words?

The background music is playing way louder then the sound-effects like shooting
