Removed console argument from allweapons #914

The command 'allweapons' specified an argument but it does not need one. Removed it so that unnecessary code is not run. Also I fixed the 'give' help text so people will know that the 'give' command can also give money.

@KyleBrodie The allweapons fix looks good, but I don't see the code updating the give help text included in this push.

It's in there @Flet . The diff has only 2 lines changed...you should probably clean your glasses ;)
