Abstract Layer, version 0.2 #924

This time, a playable abstract layer.

Still not an AbstractFactory layer, but as i said, give me a week.

This version have a big flag: Still use MojamScreen.image to render it to screen.

Next to come:

AbstractScreen must be in "life cycle" instead of render/tick level.
More Abstract* interfaces (Keyboard and Mouse, for example).
Who knows......ideas?

There is happening so much, it's very hard to read.. also a lot of cleanup i see happening? Will need to spend some time reading everything over 2000 changes is a lot.. Did someone already took the time to review?

As much as I appreciate the initiative, you need to explain what you did in detail. It's just too much for us to look through the massive amount of changes and try to guess what you are doing there. It's especially hard because you did a lot of code style cleanups in between...(indentation, brackets, ...) These should have been separated. I won't review this in this state...
