Fixed bomb mod #957

Just added proper handling when key pressed or released locally and bomb works now as is I think . If not I am going to repair tommorrow some more .

well, it doesn't crash when pressing B now. The mod itself doesn't seem to do anything though.

Bach on to yesterday - It was a speed fix . It now prints when pressing b but not properly - Gonna examine some code some more and do another shoot .

Edit : Second try - nothing changes - working properly now .
