Fix Barnacle tongues clipping through brush entities #8

Currently, as seen across the maps, especially in Office Complex and On a Rail, barnacle tongues clips through brush entities. We always thought that the problem was an error somewhere on the calculations their tongues do when spawning...but BloodyMuffin (Half-Life: Source Fixed mod) found that they bug out due the Barnacle themselves clipping into the ceiling. Moving them down 1-2 units fixes them. We should go through all the maps with them and apply this fix for the next version.

Applied to all the maps with barnacles on it (although note that this doesn't solve their tongue not appearing extended until you re-enter the PvS, only them going through brushes).
