Hello,

Quick Draw isnt granted for rangers at 9.

As far as I can see this feat is setup correctly as a standard feat that can also be selected as a Fighter and Alchemist bonus. It is not auto assigned to any class/level combo. Do you have a build where you are getting quick draw? Not also, that it can show up in the "Granted Feats" section when you gain it from an enhancement selection, this is not the same as having it trained.
