Law Dice from Inq not in breakdown

When filling out the Inquisitive tree, I enabled all the Law dice damage options, which add damage to each and every bolt, but the Law dice do not appear in the damage breakdown of the crossbow. The Law Dice are literally the reason why Inquisitive works at all relative to Repeating Crossbows. Forum pros suggest it loses out anyhow in Heroic even, but regardless, without the Law Dice it would be quite weak.
