Suggestion: Show Breakdowns as of a particular level, not just as of Legendary Cap #724

AFAIK, there's no way to look at the Breakdowns as of any level other than 32. When one is, for example, trying to make sure one will have appropriate trapping skills or reflex saves for a particular quest at a specific level, this is of no help whatsoever. I died in Hardcore this season in VoN5, thinking my trapper had enough Reflex for the spinning blade traps in the North Corridor. Being able to compare the spell power of two builds at the same level would also be helpful, just for another example of the value of this info.

It would be good if in the Level Up view, clicking a particular level would show the Breakdowns as of that level. When the Class and Levels view is active, showing the L32 values would be fine.

Obviously, Enhancements are the issue with providing this information, since it's impossible to know the sequence in which someone will take their 80AP worth of Enhancements. Combine this with my previous suggestion (an Enhancement page for each Level), and the data breakdown becomes available to provide this information.
