Heavy Draw not modified by Power Attack modifiers #726

T5 Deepwood Stalker ability Heavy Draw is supposed to get +Damage bonuses tied to Power Attack. Does not increase at least from the racial WF enhancement (AFAIK you have to take Power Attack as a feat as well but hey I had a spare feat).
