As a moderator I want to be able to create new commands on the fly. It should be able to do:

Custom \ commands
Timed messages (example: pronouns reminder that pops every X amount of time if more than Y amount of messages have passed. X and Y are definable.)

These can maybe be made through a form of pseudo code?
