Expand on Signups/Playerchats

Signups

• [ ] Ban specific people from signing up.
• [ ] Add people manually to specific categories.
• [ ] Remove people manually from specific categories.
• [ ] Lock specific categories for events such as games starting.
• [ ] Log signup interactions just in case
• [ ] Add the player-chat server link to the signup embed.
• [ ] Show hosts/co-hosts/backup hosts to signup embed.
• [ ] Linking signups to player-chats automatically.
• [ ] Spectator boolean, if true players can sign up as a spectator to be easily manually transferred to playerchat integrations.

Player Chats

• [x] Make sure the player removal command actually works.
• [ ] Enable exchanging players, for replacements. Chat can be renamed if no custom name has been set.
• [ ] Option to rename channels after their creation.
• [x] Option to add co-hosts after the game creation.
• [x] Option to add/remove/change main hosts.
• [ ] Link signups to player-chats for when the signup closes or another event.

Looks good to me, the linking bit sounds tricky and can be the last thing you wrap your head around, doing it manually should suffice for the meantime.

If, in the signup message, the playerchat server was selected as the active playerchat medium, then if a player joins that signup and is not on the playerchat server, they get an ephemeral that lets the know to join it
