Description

This PR introduces a web renderer based on Ultralight.

Idea is to be able to:

  1. Render mod UIs with it
  2. Execute client-side scripting (near future)

It is actually working, might require stability improvements tho.

With version 1.4 of Ultralight, Angular based applications are now working as expected.
