Remove C_WeatherManager2::SetDayTimeRel The pattern was wrong, it's ue::gfx::environmenteffects::C_ExpressionKeyframer::SetCycleTimeH actually Could be sub_142107770or sub_1506A65B0 but their patterns cause crash.
