Handle events and updates from streamlabs for donations, OBS animations, etc.

Specific todo (incomplete):

Watch for 15$ donations and put links to songs from donation messages into the queue
Watch for 50$ donations for GoldVIP
Trigger animations for specific bit amounts
Trigger animations for subs, resubs, badge upgrades, follows, raids, donations
...

69 adds base integration for this, so it will authorize against streamlabs and then connect to the streamlabs socket endpoint to receive event messages.

Once #69 has been merged, work can begin on reacting correctly to the events.
