Catalina build on Catalina: The save file operation failed to connect to the open and save panel service. #255

Description of issue

Attempting to create a DMG of Install macOS Catalina.app without any packages or updates and receive the following error:

The save file operation failed to connect to the open and save panel service.

I cannot add the Debug file because I receive the same error when attempting to save it.
