Edited create_package.py to change /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow.plist back to 0644.

Fixes an issue when installing on a non-booted sytsem (instadmg) where the permissions get changed to 0600.

I accidentally cosed it, and for some reason GitHub is refusing to reopen the bug. Bah.

Anyway, here's a build of 1.2.2 for testing, could you please verify that it works now?
