Being Able to Add Cards that aren't Available #136

I can add a card that isn't on EN to my cards when adding via "Add Card to Collection" from the default cards page. We shouldn't be able to add unavailable/unflipped cards to accounts.

Similar to #122 and should be solved at MagiCircle's level.
