Can't edit profile/card info #288

Says "an unexpected error has occurred" every time I try to add a card, change the details of a card I own, or edit my account. Regardless of the error message it still saves the changes to the cards, but I can't get onto my profile at all.

Fixed the error when adding cards (@0f9fd29804962d431a6c9f771645e33aa831c460) but I can't reproduce the error when editing accounts. Can you tell me exactly what you were trying to do, the URL you went to and what happened?
