Auto documentation is needed #16

The project should have documentation automatically generated from source
code. 

What do I need to do:
1. Select autodoc tool ( maybe Doxygen?)
2. Try it for some package
3. Master it and enable for all sources
4. Support the tool in code with comments and code formatting

Doxygen autodocumentation is enabled by introducing autodoc project to solution.
Graph module holds the usage example. Other modules will be included to 
documentation
later. I believe the issue is resolved by now.
