Layout creates redundant edge controls #5

Layout algorithm creates edge controls for each EDGE_CONTROL type aux node
without checking that such a control already exists. Should implement
reusing of existing controls and deleting redundant ones.

Made a stub for cleaning all edge controls when performing layout. Lowering bug
priority. However this issue is not fully resolved.
