Needed for those with locked down brokers, i.e. no anonymous connections 
allowed.

Added support for username & password - please test and confirm this is working 
as expected.

Available in the latest snapshot.

Awesome - tested using the 20140830 SNAPSHOT and I was able to connect using 
authentication. Great stuff!
