Add colorable symbol font

[G-e-n-e-v-e-n-s-i-S]

the idea is to replace the white_text function with one that returns the text color, so that the symbols can adapt to it, and not be limited to black or white

also added a few locale entries so the insert symbol menu is more descriptive
