Group configuration usability improvements #19

Need to be able to add groups anywhere in the order (not just append) and be able to remove groups. Also groups now need to have an associated time (relative to show start time / absolute show clock). Group auto-order based on show clock time? Order between groups at same time?

There is a bug if you save group configuration with only one group where somehow the group identifier splits by character into multiple groups...?

Add/edit group in separate page (pop-up?) where changes have to be confirmed (saved) and go to file and appear on group config page (in time order). Can't save if ID clashes (and maybe if it doesn't have a time?).
