Add support for Visual Studio Code #10

This PR adds support for Visual Studio Code.

Tested on the latest version, VS Code 1.15.1.

I've taken the liberty to also add your VS Code Marketplace identifier magicstack used with MagicPython to the badges to make publishing easier.

One caveat I can think of, is the colors dictionary in themes/Chromodynamics-color-theme.json. The colors mentioned there are not dynamically loaded from the style file.

Thanks for the PR. I didn't realize it was here before pushing my version of the VSCode support.
