new version release? #1035

It's been a while since the last release and there've been a few bug fixes and smaller features since then. Would it be possible to release a new version? This'd greatly help me as I've been running a version with a commit applied on top of it for a while now.

here is non-official release: asyncpg-dev 0.28.0.dev1 (py3.11 only)

Busy with EdgeDB 3.0 release on Thursday. Will look into cutting a release next week.

I will remove the package "asyncpg-dev" as soon as there is a new release
