Contains Parameter Missing #73

The CardQueryParameter classis missing a property to correspond to the listed "contains" parameter. Adding this parameter can help lead to more exact queries, as well as better reflect the source api.

Hey there, ya seems like that was added to the API recently, I can make the addition
