Support CoBuild protocol #618

Cobuild(https://github.com/cryptape/ckb-transaction-cobuild-poc/blob/main/docs/TCoB-data-structures.png) is going to be ready on chain

In the illustration, we can find that a message can be decoded from witness

The message reveals a list of actions this transaction did on the chain and can be displayed in a human-readable format.

I will support decoding actions first, but these actions are preferably displayed directly on the page.
